Old School Friday: ATTENTION!!

I didn’t get many responses from my email last week, so I’m giving everyone some additional time to respond.

Please let me know if you are still participating by leaving me a note in the comments (or send me a note on Twitter, or Facebook…wherever). We have a lot of links that are no longer functioning or are no longer participating and we are trying to sort through them all.

I never received an email. Maybe because I haven't participated in awhile (oops!). I don't know why, but if I have time to play, I can't think of a suitable song for the theme. If I can think of a song or songs, I don't have time to play. I am bound and determined to think of a good workout/exercise tune!

Malcolm - Well, I need to know that too (that you didn't receive an email). There seems to be some holes in the list that need to be fixed...I'm trying to get them fixed.

I must confess I'm not a huge fan of hip hop and rap, but I've always really liked that Eminem song. Definitely a good workout song, and the message fits right in there too.
Loved the movie too.
