I loved both of these night soaps. Remeber when Billy Dee came on Dynasty and the bathtub sceen. LOL! I was at a sorority meeting and it was on because we knew that he was going to be on. Stopped the meeting dead in its tracks! LOL.

I loved Dallas & Dynasty! That was some real TV drama!

I watched Die-nasty more than Dallas, but still reference the who shot JR season of Dallas when I want to make a point about writers manipulating audiences because it was a great play no matter what the critics said. Dig that funky disco beat.

They did the Dynasty theme right with that majestic music for the uppity Carringtons. Whatever happened to Emma Samms?

My mom used to watch both shows, but 'Dallas' had the better theme music. Aaron Spelling was a media beast back in the 80's and 90's.

I have to admit I never cared for either show, but the themes have stuck in my mind. When they were popular you just couldn't get away from them.

Oh, got so excited I forgot to say – I was a Dynasty fan – had to love those cat fights between Alexis and Krystal! And they never killed anyone then brought them back dripping wet either, lol. But you just had to love to hate JR!
